Partners & Advisors
Many organizations and individuals have collaborated to bring child care shared services to Hampton Roads

HRSSA Partners
Thanks to multiple organizations coming together, HRSSA was born. Here's the role they played:
-
HRSSA, our partners, sponsors, and grantors supplied the initial start-up funding to establish HRSSA.
-
In 2019, HRSSA received a systems building grant from the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation to pilot and develop a shared services alliance in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
-
Seed funding to establish HRSSA was supplied by Chesapeake R U Ready, Suffolk ECDC, Smart Beginnings Virginia Peninsula, and Virginia Beach GrowSmart.
-
These organizations met regularly to develop and pilot the program, and Minus 9 to 5 took the lead to convene.
-
Opportunities Exchange provided guidance and consulting services to establish a shared services alliance.
